The Passo Real Reservoir is part of a 158MW hydropower project located on the Jacui River in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, commissioned in 1973. The project features one turbine with a capacity around 76-81MW and two electric generators. The dam and reservoir were developed in a single phase and have contributed to increased yearly discharge in the South of Brazil.
