Terms and Conditions
By using Tag My Fish, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please review them to understand your rights, responsibilities, and how we handle your data.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tag my Fish. They apply unless we expressly state that different terms apply. They also explain the nature of the Tag my Fish Service (the “Service”) and your rights and obligations while using it.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Tag my Fish.
1. The Tag my Fish Service
We agree to provide you with access to the Tag my Fish Service. Tag my Fish is a social network created specifically for anglers, where people can share their fishing catches, photos of their fishing equipment, and experiences with other members of the fishing community.
The Service consists of the following key aspects:
· Opportunities to create, connect, communicate and
share.
Every angler is different, and we provide features that allow you to post your
fishing catches, photos of gear and equipment, and to connect with others who share your passion. We also use
personalization to highlight content, accounts, and fishing-related offers you may find interesting, so your time on
Tag my Fish is more valuable.
· Building a positive and safe environment.
We provide
tools and resources to keep the community safe and inclusive. Our systems and dedicated teams work to prevent abuse,
harmful behavior, and violations of these Terms and our Community Standards. If necessary, we may share information
with law enforcement when harmful content or misuse is detected.
· Using and developing technology to serve anglers
worldwide.
We use technologies, including automation and artificial intelligence, to
keep Tag my Fish secure, reliable, and personalized for our global fishing community.
· Global access.
To operate the Service, we may transfer,
store, and process your data across systems worldwide, including outside of your home country. Details are explained
in our Privacy Policy.
· Connecting anglers with products and services.
We may
use information from Tag my Fish and partners to show fishing-related ads, products, or services that are relevant
to you.
· Ongoing research and innovation.
We continuously
analyze and improve the Service to better support anglers and contribute to the growth and safety of our community
2. How Our Service Is Funded
Tag my Fish is free to use. Instead of charging fees, we fund our Service by displaying ads. Advertisers pay us to promote their products and services, and we use data such as your fishing interests and activity to show you more relevant ads.
We never sell your personal data. Instead, we provide advertisers with aggregated insights (for example, fishing-related interests or general demographics) without directly identifying you unless you give explicit permission. Advertisers tell us relevant things about their business goal and the kind of audience they want to see their ads. We then show their ad to people who we believe might be interested.
3. Privacy Policy
To provide the Service, we must collect and use certain information about you. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it. By using Tag my Fish, you agree to the Privacy Policy
