The Little Manatee River is a river flowing into Tampa Bay in the west central peninsula of Florida.

It flows east to west across southern Hillsborough County, dipping briefly into Manatee County. Most of the river's watershed is in Hillsborough County, but the South Fork of the river drains northeastern Manatee County, and Alderman Creek drains a small area in southwestern Polk County.
