Lake Kemp is a reservoir on the Wichita River, located in north‑central Baylor County, north of Seymour, Texas. It was formed by damming the Wichita River (via Kemp Dam), with construction completed in 1923. Lake Kemp serves multiple purposes: flood control, irrigation, municipal–industrial water supply, and recreation.
