Lake Graham is located about two miles northwest of Graham, Texas. It was formed by damming Salt Creek (and including the connected Flint Creek via the former Lake Eddleman). Because Lake Eddleman and Lake Graham are connected, water in “Lake Graham” can originate from either Salt Creek or Flint Creek, but eventually all contributes to the same downstream flow into the Brazos.
