Hugh Butler Lake (also known as Red Willow Reservoir) is part of the Bureau of Reclamation’s Frenchman‑Cambridge Division of the Pick‑Sloan Missouri Basin Program, serving irrigation, flood control, fish and wildlife conservation, and recreation purposes.
