Bilby Ranch Lake is the 110-acre reservoir located in Bilby Ranch Lake Conservation Area in Nodaway County, northwest Missouri (about 14 mi west of Maryville) — a public conservation area managed by the Missouri Department of Conservation. The lake lies within the watershed established by Huff Creek, which flows through the northern portion of the Bilby Ranch Lake Conservation Area and eventually drains into the Nodaway River (a tributary of the Missouri River).
